Currently we are looking for
 

Key Account Manager North America

Main tasks:

·         Support and further development of our official dealers in North America

·         Strategic expansion and managing of long-term customer relationships

·         Participation in the active market development of biomass heating technology in Canada & USA

·         Active networking in the North American heating industry

·         Presenting our innovative technology at trade fairs and shows

·         Market monitoring and identification of sales potentials

·         Planning and implementation of a targeted marketing strategy

·         Product presentations for existing and new key accounts

Requirements:

·         Permanent residence in North America

·         Sales experience, preferably with technical products

·         Technical or commercial education

·         Commitment and ability to work in a solution-oriented way

·         Ability to work customer- and quality-oriented

·         IT affinity

·         Excellent communication skills as well as presentation skills

·         Very good written and verbal communication skills in English – French is advantageous

Sales Technician North America

Main tasks:

·         Technical support for our official dealers and installers

·         Perform technical trainings for our partners

·         Commissioning of modern heating systems in North America

·         Support in the planning and design of our innovative products

·         Sales support activities in the back office

·         Support in trade fair and show consulting

Requirements:

·         Permanent residence in North America

·         Completed education in electrical engineering or mechatronics

·         Enthusiasm for technical products and solutions

·         Self-initiative and ability to work independently

·         Technical understanding

·         Communicative personality

·         IT knowledge

·         Experience with AutoCad or similar planning software advantageous

·         Good written and verbal communication skills in English
